We’re looking for passionate and driven Retail Sales Assistants to join our Fish Hoek store. If you love pets and thrive in a dynamic retail environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver world-class customer service with a friendly and helpful approach
- Maintain stock levels, ensuring shelves are fully stocked and orders are placed on time
- Handle basic administration and operate IT systems
- Follow company policies and procedures accurately
- Show enthusiasm for retail and a genuine love for animals (product training provided)
Requirements
- Matric or equivalent qualification
- 1 year of retail/sales experience (advantageous)
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift and pack stock
- Hardworking, reliable, and trustworthy
- Engaging personality with a passion for pets
