About the Role:
As a Retail Sales Associate at Adidas, you will support store operations by delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining store standards, and contributing to a seamless shopping experience. Your role is vital in upholding Adidas’ brand values while driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring every shopper receives the highest level of Adidas care.
- Process sales transactions, including handling cash, credit, and other payment methods.
- Assist with product ticketing and verify received inventory against paperwork.
- Support merchandise flow from the stockroom to the sales floor.
- Help create and maintain visually appealing product displays.
- Safeguard company assets and inventory to minimize shrinkage.
- Master the point-of-sale system and adhere to company policies.
- Utilize selling techniques, such as add-on sales and product knowledge, to meet sales targets.
- Greet customers, assist with product selection, and serve as a door greeter during peak times.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
- High energy, enthusiasm, and a team-oriented mindset.
- Prior retail experience (2–4 years preferred).
- Matric certificate or equivalent education.
