Role Purpose
As a Social Media Manager, you will lead the creation, planning, and execution of engaging social media content to elevate brand presence, drive engagement, and align with marketing objectives. You will play a key role in shaping our digital storytelling and growing our online community.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Journalism, or related field (Essential)
- 3-5 years of experience in social media management in a corporate or agency setting (Essential)
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools
- Experience in audience research and competitor analysis
- Strong track record of measuring and reporting on social media KPIs

- Stay updated on social media trends and best practices
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals
- Define, track, and analyze KPIs to measure campaign success
- Leverage social media marketing tools effectively
- Build relationships with industry professionals and influencers
- Plan, create, and publish daily content to boost brand awareness
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on campaign development
- Optimize company pages across platforms for greater visibility
- Moderate user-generated content in line with policies
- Work with cross-functional teams to enhance content and engagement
