Role Purpose
As a Social Media Manager, you will lead the creation, planning, and execution of engaging social media content to elevate brand presence, drive engagement, and align with marketing objectives. You will play a key role in shaping our digital storytelling and growing our online community.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Journalism, or related field (Essential)
  • 3-5 years of experience in social media management in a corporate or agency setting (Essential)
  • Proficiency in social media analytics tools
  • Experience in audience research and competitor analysis
  • Strong track record of measuring and reporting on social media KPIs

Duties & Responsibilities
Internal Processes

  • Stay updated on social media trends and best practices
  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals
  • Define, track, and analyze KPIs to measure campaign success
  • Leverage social media marketing tools effectively
  • Build relationships with industry professionals and influencers
  • Plan, create, and publish daily content to boost brand awareness
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on campaign development
  • Optimize company pages across platforms for greater visibility
  • Moderate user-generated content in line with policies
  • Work with cross-functional teams to enhance content and engagement
