Responsibilities
- Conduct daily Gate Meetings with Van Sales Representatives.
- Monitor and improve Performance MTD, Execution, and Discipline KPIs.
- Coach, mentor, and motivate Van Sales Representatives.
- Provide in-market coaching to enhance team performance.
- Ensure 100% hit rate of outlets within assigned routes.
- Address customer-specific issues through individual in-market visits.
- Drive business development and expand the customer base.
- Attend and contribute to business meetings as required.
- Develop and execute action plans to drive growth and increase market share.
- Adapt strategies to align with changing business priorities.
- Collaborate with the training team to conduct critical business skills sessions.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.
Qualifications
- 3-year Business/Commercial tertiary qualification or equivalent.
- 3 years of experience in an FMCG environment, with at least 1 year in a sales role.
- Valid driver’s license.
