Key Responsibilities
Be a Product & Brand Ambassador
- Represent Red Bull with energy, embodying the brand’s personality and values in every interaction.
- Grow the brand’s reach through sampling, events, and word-of-mouth, introducing Red Bull to new consumers.
- Develop and execute innovative campus plans to bring Red Bull to life at your university.
- Build a strong network with key local influencers and student groups.
- Amplify brand engagement by creating authentic content on your social media platforms.
- Support Red Bull events to deliver unforgettable experiences for consumers.
Be a Sales Expert
- Partner with local sales teams to ensure Red Bull is visible and available in outlets.
- Help open new distribution points on campus and beyond.
- Use Red Bull assets to keep the brand top of mind in sales accounts.
- Maintain flawless in-store execution and merchandising standards.
Executional Excellence
- Execute campaigns with precision and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with the team through regular meetings and digital check-ins.
- Plan and report activities accurately via Red Bull’s online platform.
- Provide local market insights and trends to shape future strategies.
Your Strengths
- Exceptional communication skills and a charismatic, outgoing personality.
- Deep understanding of student life, including campus hotspots and trends.
- Creative, entrepreneurial mindset with strong initiative and responsibility.
- Ability to balance Part-Time work with studies, including evenings and weekends.
- Passion for marketing, sales, and event management.

- Genuine enthusiasm for Red Bull and its brand values.
- Valid driver’s license (preferred).
- Team player with project management experience.
- Willingness to travel locally (80-90%).
