Key Responsibilities
- Provide customers with world-class service
- Ensure the store is fully stocked and orders are placed correctly
- Maintain knowledge of administration and IT systems
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Demonstrate a passion for retail and a love for animals (product training provided)
Requirements
- Matric or equivalent qualification
- One year of retail/sales experience (advantageous)
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to work flexible retail hours
- Capable of carrying and packing stock
- Hardworking, interactive, and engaging
- Reliable, trustworthy, and dependable
- Passionate about delivering exceptional service
