Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Workshop Foreman to join a leading vehicle dealership in Johannesburg. As a Workshop Foreman, you will oversee daily workshop operations, ensure efficient workflow, and lead a team of technicians while maintaining high service standards.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily workshop activities and ensure smooth operations.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to technicians.
- Monitor technician performance to meet workshop targets and efficiency standards.
- Resolve customer concerns and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and brand-specific service procedures.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience as a Workshop Foreman in a vehicle dealership.
- Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician or Technical Advisor.
- Familiarity with corporate brands such as VW, Ford, or Suzuki.
- Valid SA Driver’s License and a clear criminal record.
- Strong leadership skills, target-driven mindset, and attention to detail.
- Matric (Grade 12) certification.
