We are seeking an experienced Parts Manager to join a leading vehicle dealership in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the dealership’s parts department operates efficiently and profitably.
Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory to ensure optimal parts availability for workshops and third-party customers.
- Lead, train, and develop the parts department team.
- Maximize profitability through strategic purchasing, stock control, and pricing.
- Implement effective merchandising, display strategies, and promotional activities.
- Ensure security and efficient utilization of parts inventory.
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience as a Parts Manager within a vehicle dealership.
- Proven experience working with corporate brands (e.g., Ford, VW, Kia, Audi).
- Track record of running a profitable parts department.
- Strong understanding of part sales, marketing, or after-sales operations.
- Valid SA Driver’s License and clear criminal record.
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
