Purpose Statement

• Support the day-to-day management and maintenance of portfolios by serving as a central contact for customer service queries, administrative tasks, and identifying cross-selling opportunities. Monitor loan facilities daily against set parameters and conditions to add value to clients.

Experience
Minimum:

• At least 5 years of experience, with 1 year in a Business Banking environment.
• Experience in preparing and motivating Credit applications is essential.

Qualifications (Minimum)

• Diploma in Commerce or Banking.

Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Banking or Commerce.

Knowledge
Minimum:

• Features, benefits, and value propositions of company products/services.
• General banking practices and procedures.
• Understanding of Business Banking operations, risks, and financial requirements.
• Credit principles (applications, securities, balance sheet requirements).
• Financial Intelligence Centre Act (FICA).
• Business Banking transaction administration processes.
• Client relationship management and service principles.

Ideal:

• Knowledge of competitor offerings, channels, and marketing strategies.
• Familiarity with Capitec/Business Bank systems and processes.
