Duties and Responsibilities:
- Achieve the annual sales budget by meeting and exceeding daily and monthly targets to ensure business sustainability.
- Manage and control store finances to maintain profitability.
- Adhere to merchandising standards in line with brand requirements for optimal product mix.
- Ensure proper stock management and control to minimize loss and maximize product availability.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to create an outstanding shopping experience.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external service providers.
- Manage human resources, including recruitment, payroll planning, and administration.
- Inspire, motivate, develop, and hold team members accountable.
- Align the team with company culture and foster a positive work environment.
- Implement and uphold all company policies and procedures.
- Maintain health and safety practices in the store.

Minimum Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of store management experience.
- Minimum 8 years of retail experience.
- Experience in large retail stores with a turnover exceeding R20 million annually.
