Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Achieve the annual sales budget by meeting and exceeding daily and monthly targets to ensure business sustainability.
  • Manage and control store finances to maintain profitability.
  • Adhere to merchandising standards in line with brand requirements for optimal product mix.
  • Ensure proper stock management and control to minimize loss and maximize product availability.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to create an outstanding shopping experience.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external service providers.
  • Manage human resources, including recruitment, payroll planning, and administration.
  • Inspire, motivate, develop, and hold team members accountable.
  • Align the team with company culture and foster a positive work environment.
  • Implement and uphold all company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain health and safety practices in the store.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of store management experience.
  • Minimum 8 years of retail experience.
  • Experience in large retail stores with a turnover exceeding R20 million annually.
