Description
PURPOSE OF POSITION:
Lead a store team to achieve business KPIs, including driving sales, controlling costs, minimizing risks and stock loss, managing administration, and maintaining world-class store standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive sales through exceptional customer service, store image maintenance, stock management, and promotional execution.
- Minimize stock loss by fostering a secure store culture and adhering to cash handling and stock procedures.
- Control costs by optimizing store efficiencies in line with the company’s low-cost culture.
- Ensure all administrative tasks comply with company guidelines.
- Lead, train, coach, and manage the performance of a dynamic retail team.
- Maintain health, safety, and housekeeping standards.
Requirements
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Grade 12 qualification.
- Proficiency in English.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in business or retail (advantageous).
- 1–2 years of retail leadership experience preferred.
- Computer literacy (MS Office/GSuite is a plus).
