Job Description
Income Growth and Financial Targets
- Understand clients’ working capital cycles and business needs to deliver appropriate financial solutions.
- Drive achievement of targets as per individual performance scorecard.
Customer Focus
- Proactively lead client acquisition and cross-sell initiatives through strategic re-engagement.
- Ensure timely service delivery and resolution of complaints within agreed service level agreements.
Compliance and Risk Management
- Adhere to all regulatory controls, compliance requirements, and quality standards.
Collaboration
- Continuously improve processes by challenging the status quo.
- Foster an empowering team environment by sharing knowledge, best practices, and constructive feedback.
Education
- Higher Diplomas: Business, Commerce, and Management Studies (Required)
