Join PPS as a Junior Actuarial Analyst and play a key role in supporting the Head: Capital & Balance Sheet Management. You will assist in capital management, investment oversight, reinsurance program adequacy, solvency reporting, and statutory reporting, ensuring the financial stability and compliance of PPS Insurance Company, PPS Insurance Namibia, and the broader PPS Group. Your expertise in Life Insurance valuations will be essential in delivering impactful results.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in capital management and balance sheet optimization initiatives.
- Support the evaluation of investment strategies and reinsurance programs.
- Contribute to solvency and statutory reporting processes.
- Engage with internal teams across the Actuarial Services department and other PPS Group functions.
- Collaborate with the Head of Actuarial Function’s team and external auditors.
