Job Objectives
- Manage sales performance and profitability of the branch
- Oversee stock management and inventory control
- Lead and develop branch staff for optimal performance
- Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance brand loyalty
- Ensure efficient cash management and financial compliance
- Analyze and report on branch performance metrics
- Contribute to regional budgeting and financial planning
- Implement effective daily operational controls
- Drive people management and training initiatives
Qualifications
- Matric (Essential)
- Retail Management Diploma (Advantageous)
Experience
- Minimum 3 years in a retail furniture environment
- Minimum 3 years in people management
- Minimum 3 years managing sales teams
Knowledge and Skills
- Proficiency in retail systems and reporting
- Strong computer literacy
- Familiarity with stock management systems
- Passion for household appliances and furniture
