Job Description
Provide professional and confidential pharmacy support, ensuring accurate handling of prescriptions, patient profiles, and chronic authorizations. Deliver excellent customer service while supporting healthcare professionals and internal pharmacy operations.
Key Responsibilities

Interact with customers professionally and maintain confidentiality according to SOPs and timelines.

Administer prescriptions and manage claiming/capturing procedures accurately.

Ensure accurate and complete management of patient profiles.

Engage with healthcare professionals when required.

Resolve queries and follow up on outstanding issues.

Assist with chronic authorizations and related processes.

Liaise with other departments to support operational efficiency.

Perform ad hoc tasks as needed to meet operational requirements.
Knowledge

Product knowledge, including OTC medications

SAPC regulations and relevant legal knowledge

Minimum Requirements
