Responsibilities:
- Facilitating fundraising calls to existing and prospective donors
- Administering follow-up processes arising from fundraising calls
- Ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures
Minimum Requirements:
- National Senior Certificate or equivalent
- 1 year of experience in a call centre, telesales, or customer service environment
- Experience in database capturing, administration, or fundraising
- Experience using CRM or similar databases
- Computer literacy, particularly MS Office Suite
Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Time management and organisation
- Administrative proficiency and attention to detail
Abilities:
- Conduct research effectively
- Use initiative and work well under pressure
- Focus on outcomes, not just tasks
- Work independently
- Apply sound judgment
Knowledge and Commitment:
- Commitment to the principles, policies, and programme of action of the Democratic Alliance
- Willingness to work long and irregular hours, including weekends and public holidays when required
