Hello… an exciting new opportunity has just become available in our Front Office area. We are looking to recruit a Team Leader to drive operational excellence and leadership in our dynamic environment.
Job Purpose:
To lead, manage, and optimize workforce operations across Client Services and the Administration & Indexing teams. This role ensures resources are strategically aligned with business demand, fostering service excellence, operational efficiency, and effective task distribution based on team capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a cross-functional team across client service, admin, and indexing units
- Optimize task allocation and shift resources based on skills, business volume, and priorities
- Implement agile workforce planning to enhance efficiency and minimize bottlenecks
- Collaborate closely with Admin and Client Service managers to align daily and long-term objectives
- Track KPIs across all units and implement coaching plans or interventions as needed
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, SLAs, and compliance metrics
- Monitor individual and team performance through audits and performance reviews
- Streamline workflows for admin, client service, and indexing processes
- Promote cross-skilling initiatives to enhance team flexibility and coverage
- Champion continuous improvement and support change management projects
- Cultivate a high-performance, agile, and adaptable team culture
- Conduct daily huddles, training sessions, and development planning
- Boost workforce engagement and retention through strong leadership and support
- Provide regular workforce reporting to key stakeholders
- Identify and escalate operational or financial risks in workflow management
