Catering Manager – Healthwise
Tsebo Solutions Group is seeking an experienced Catering Manager to lead our team. In this role, you will ensure the highest service delivery standards while managing operations within budget. You will lead, motivate, and develop staff while maintaining excellence in food quality, client relations, and operational efficiency.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Full responsibility for managing the unit
- Work effectively in a demanding environment
- Set and maintain service delivery standards
- Lead, motivate, train, and develop staff
- Implement and maintain operational controls within budget
- Ensure food preparation, presentation, and service meet quality standards
- Comply with all policies and procedures
- Handle HR and IR matters, including training and performance management
- Anticipate and address client needs and concerns
- Organize, prepare, and coordinate all functions
- Manage administration, finances, budgets, and debtors
- Prepare and analyse weekly and monthly P&L statements
- Build and maintain strong client and customer relationships
- Work flexible hours, including weekends when required
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices

Qualifications
- National Senior Certificate
- Relevant Culinary Degree/Diploma or Certificate
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as Chef / Catering Manager in retail
- Experience managing teams of 20+ staff
- Functions/events management background
- Convenience store management experience
- Own reliable transport
