Join IQVIA as a Project Management Analyst Intern within our Global Study Leadership team. You’ll work closely with Project Management Analysts and Project Leaders across our Delivery Units, including Central Nervous System, Gastroenterology, Immunology & Women’s Health, Cardiovascular Renal Metabolic, and Oncology, to support project management activities that ensure patient safety, data integrity, and customer satisfaction.
This 3-month Internship (with potential for extension) begins on September 15, 2025, offering hands-on experience in risk mitigation, cost control, and project scheduling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Project Management Analysts to provide Project Leaders with data-driven insights on cost, schedule, scope, utilization, change orders, and quality.
- Prepare correspondence, project status reports, and presentation materials for team and customer meetings.
- Document and distribute meeting minutes for global project team discussions.
- Assist in coordinating project schedules and supporting risk/issue management processes.
- Contribute to sections of Project Management Plans and project resource allocation.
- Oversee eTraining compliance, project finances (e.g., Estimate at Completion, invoices), and vendor management processes.
- Support baseline maintenance, change control processes, and performance dashboard updates.
- Aid Project Management Analysts (PMAs) and Project Leaders (PLs) in file reviews, audits, and eTMF (electronic Trial Master File) compliance for quality and timeliness.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree (preferred in Life Sciences, Project Management, Data Analytics, Systems Engineering, Finance, or related fields).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Interest in life sciences, clinical research, project management, or patient health.
- Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written/verbal communication in English for professional environments.
