E-Commerce & Customer Service Administrator – 6-Month Contract (Mount Edgecombe)

Talented Recruitment is seeking a skilled E-Commerce & Customer Service Administrator to join a dynamic team in Mount Edgecombe for a 6-month contract. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing e-commerce and retail platforms, ensuring seamless stock control, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Requirements:
- Valid Code 8 Driver’s Licence.
- Proven experience in stock control and inventory management.
- Accounts experience in manufacturing or retail industries.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent planning and organisational skills.
- Experience in implementing and managing administration systems.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to engage effectively with customers and suppliers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Pastel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain product listings on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Takealot, Makro, and retail partner sites).
- Oversee stock ordering, inventory control, and accurate stock management.
- Monitor product availability and update listings to prevent discrepancies.
- Handle invoicing, including preparation, processing, and record-keeping.
- Provide excellent customer service via email, phone, and platform messaging to resolve queries and ensure satisfaction.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
