What will you do?
- Capture data by issuing or declining New Business cases.
- Ensure timely issuance of New Business cases upon receipt.
- Follow up on outstanding information when required.
- Communicate with clients and intermediaries via written correspondence, phone calls, or WhatsApp.
- Maintain client satisfaction and retention.
- Develop multi-skilling capabilities to support other business areas.
Note:
Overtime may be required during peak periods, depending on business volume needs.
What will make you successful in this role?
Requirements:
Qualification:
- Grade 12
Experience:
- Data-capturing experience is advantageous.
- Experience in a target-driven, production environment is beneficial.
Knowledge:
- General life assurance knowledge is a plus.
