Job Purpose
Provide high-level administrative and logistical support to the Managing Director by managing schedules, communications, and priorities to ensure efficient daily operations. The Personal Assistant serves as a trusted liaison, handling confidential matters, coordinating meetings and travel, and optimizing workflow in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel.
- Serve as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Maintain strict confidentiality in all matters.
- Prioritize and address incoming requests promptly.
- Support project management and track action items.
- Minute executive meetings and ensure follow-ups.
- Anticipate and proactively address the Managing Director’s needs.
- Complete ad-hoc administrative or personal tasks.
- Oversee office coordination, including supply procurement and purchase order reconciliation.
Requirements
- Matric qualification.
- Degree/Diploma in a relevant field (advantageous).
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior Personal Assistant.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
