As the face of the brand, you’ll spark connections, generate trials, and build a community of loyal fans while identifying new opportunities to strengthen Red Bull’s image and sales.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Red Bull Ambassador
- Build and nurture relationships with key influencers, industry players, and partners (outlet owners, bar staff, distributors, agencies, etc.).
- Strengthen affinity for the Red Bull brand within your network.
- Be the go-to expert and credible face of Red Bull in the On Premise scene.
- Uphold Red Bull’s premium brand image in every interaction and execution.
The Entrepreneur of the Territory
- Know your Garden Route territory inside and out.
- Drive innovation and strategic initiatives to unlock Red Bull’s full potential.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging opportunities, and consumer behaviors.
- Optimize resources (materials, tools, budget) for maximum impact.
- Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders (promoters, artists, agencies) to amplify business success.
- Elevate Red Bull’s presence at events (own and third-party) with premium execution and creative activations.
Indispensable Business Consultant
- Forge long-term partnerships with key stakeholders.
- Negotiate win-win agreements that benefit both Red Bull and customers.
- Leverage sales and marketing expertise to keep Red Bull #1 On Premise.
- Identify high-potential occasions to boost brand and product visibility.
- Transform insights into impactful sales-driving programs.
- Track, analyze, and report performance to uncover growth opportunities.
EXPERIENCE
Your strengths that set you apart:
- Education: Matric required, university degree preferred.
- Experience: Sales/marketing background preferred, especially in hospitality, nightlife, or FMCG.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the On Premise scene and local community is a plus.
- Skills:
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced field role.
- Strategic, commercially aware, and financially savvy.
- Strong planning, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- Analytical mindset for interpreting sales and customer data.
- Street-smart—understand diverse audiences and adapt to any environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and active listening skills.
- Flexible availability (nights and weekends).
- Proficient in iOS and MS Office.
- Travel: 90-100% within the Garden Route region.
