We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven New Car Sales Executive to join our team in Brakpan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maximizing new car sales, achieving optimal gross profits, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities
- Sell the maximum number of new cars while achieving first and second gross profit targets.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction to drive return and referral sales.
- Initiate, negotiate, and close deals effectively.
- Comply with all legal requirements (CPA) and ensure accurate documentation.
- Promote networking and retail-focused activities to boost new car sales.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to implement innovative sales strategies.
- Develop and execute sales plans to outperform competitors and grow market share.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of automotive sales experience at a franchise dealership (preferably VW, Ford, Toyota, Chery, Haval, Suzuki).
- Matric (Grade 12) qualification.
- Experience in a high-volume sales environment.
- Provide 3 months of commission sheets/payslips as proof of performance.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with strong negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of leads management and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Resilience and the ability to thrive under pressure.
- Proficient in basic computer applications.
- Valid driver’s license required.
