What Will You Do?
As an E Consultant, you will serve as the bridge between brokers and Sanlam, driving business objectives through a dynamic, high-performance approach. Operating exclusively via non-face-to-face channels (phone, email, and web-based platforms), you will implement an electronic servicing model to support brokers in sales, quotes, new business issuance, and client queries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and business-building initiatives with brokers
- Provide support to brokers to enhance their practices
- Prepare and strategize for broker engagements
- Foster strong, collaborative partnerships
- Manage administration and processing for new and existing business
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets
What Will Make You Successful in This Role?
Qualifications & Experience:
- Matric certificate
- Relevant qualification in Financial Services (e.g., Wealth Management, BCom Degree, Marketing Diploma)
- Prior experience as a Broker Consultant/Assistant in financial services distribution
Knowledge & Skills:
- Strong understanding of financial services and industry trends
- Proficient in financial services product knowledge
