Job Description
Role Overview
The OUTsurance Broker will drive growth by building a short-term insurance portfolio, selling personal and commercial lines through prospecting and new business sales in KwaZulu-Natal.

Qualifications
General Requirements:

  • Matric or National Senior Certificate.
  • Own reliable vehicle and valid Code B driver’s license.
  • 3+ years of external face-to-face sales experience.
  • Proven lead generation and cold-calling skills.

For FAIS Representatives (Non-Negotiable):

  • FAIS credits or Full Insurance Qualification (aligned with DOFA).
  • RE5 certification (depending on DOFA).

Additional Information
The OUTsurance Broker will report to the Regional Manager and work closely with the Commercial team. Ideal candidates will embody our values: Awesome Service, Dynamic, Honest, Human, Passionate, and Recognition.
