The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering sales and processing pre-owned vehicle transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring adherence to predefined standards and operating procedures.
Specific Role Responsibilities
Processes and Governance
- Identify and apply solutions to operational challenges, escalating unresolved issues when necessary.
- Achieve agreed performance targets in line with set procedures and service level agreements.
- Report on transactional activities to support informed decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with governance and regulatory processes.
- Provide expert advice and support to customers to maintain high service standards.
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns to boost sales.
- Negotiate pricing, finalize sales, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to FICA, POPI Act, and Consumer Protection Act regulations.
- Process and follow up on leads to maximize sales opportunities.
- Build and nurture customer relationships to achieve sales targets.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively.
Finance
- Execute activities efficiently to minimize financial losses.
Qualifications and Experience
- Matric certificate.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Valid South African driver’s license.

- Persuasive and consultative selling techniques.
- In-depth product and service knowledge.
- High level of trust and integrity.
