Project Leads are instrumental in advancing clinical trial delivery, collaborating with teams to accelerate the launch of life-changing oncology therapies. As a Clinical Project Manager, you will be a core driver of project execution, ensuring studies meet rigorous standards while optimizing efficiency and customer satisfaction. You will leverage oncology expertise and IQVIA’s innovative solutions to deliver operational excellence in clinical research.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and oversee regional or smaller oncology studies, ensuring compliance with SOPs, policies, and agreements.
- Develop and execute integrated study management plans with cross-functional teams.
- Drive study timelines, budgets, and quality targets while consistently applying best practices.
- Lead core project teams, setting objectives, tracking performance, and resolving challenges.
- Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure study success.
- Serve as the primary customer contact, managing relationships and facilitating clear communication.
- Maintain financial oversight, forecasting revenue opportunities and managing scope changes.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their clinical project management skills.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to streamline study execution.
- Champion operational improvements and corporate initiatives to elevate study performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year in clinical project management.
- Strong understanding of ICH GCP, regulatory requirements, and clinical trial execution.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive projects to completion.
