Key Responsibilities
Be a Product & Brand Ambassador
- Represent Red Bull with energy, authenticity, and premium brand standards in every interaction.
- Grow the brand by sampling Red Bull at the right places and times, answering questions, and sparking curiosity.
- Develop and execute innovative campus plans that bring Red Bull to life for students.
- Build a strong local network with key influencers and student groups.
- Boost brand engagement by creating authentic content on your social media.
- Support Red Bull events to deliver unforgettable experiences for consumers.
Be a Sales Expert
- Partner with local sales teams to ensure Red Bull is available and visible in campus outlets.
- Help open new distribution points at your university and nearby areas.
- Use Red Bull’s assets to keep the brand top of mind in sales accounts.
- Maintain flawless execution of store standards.
Deliver Executional Excellence
- Pay attention to details and strive for excellence in all tasks.
- Collaborate with your team by sharing ideas and engaging regularly.
- Plan and report activities accurately using Red Bull’s online platform.
- Provide insights on local trends to help grow the brand’s footprint.
What You Bring to the Role
- Exceptional communication skills and a charismatic, outgoing personality.
- Strong social skills to connect with diverse groups of people.
- Deep understanding of student life, campus hotspots, and regional trends.
- A creative, entrepreneurial mindset with high initiative.
- Ability to balance Part-Time work with studies, including evenings and weekends.
- Passion for marketing, sales, and the Red Bull brand.
- A network of campus influencers and student groups.
- Event or project management experience is a plus.
- Driver’s license preferred.
- Team player with a passion for behind-the-scenes work.
