We’re looking for an energetic and results-driven Footwear Allocator to join our fast-paced retail environment. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, a team player, and thrives under pressure while managing multiple tasks. Previous experience in stock allocation and retail principles is a bonus, but what matters most is your determination to learn and grow!
Key Performance Areas
- Stock Allocation: Ensure accurate distribution to maximize sales.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze store metrics to drive business decisions.
- Reporting & Data Insights: Generate reports and interpret key trends.
- Planning Support: Assist with reporting and grid analysis.
- Stock Control: Manage IBTs, monitor inventory levels, and track PO deliveries.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Buying and Planning teams.
- Store Support: Resolve stock-related queries and conduct store visits.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric qualification.
- 1-3 years’ experience in retail/corporate (preferred).
- Business/Retail Management or Finance qualification (advantageous).
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with BI/Planning tools (beneficial).
