Job Purpose
Assist management in day-to-day store operations while delivering exceptional customer service and adhering to all store policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver the highest level of Adidas service to every customer.
- Process sales transactions, including cash, credit, and checks, as needed.
- Support ticketing and verification of incoming merchandise.
- Assist in restocking the sales floor from the stockroom.
- Help create and maintain product displays as directed by management.
- Operate the point-of-sale system accurately while following company policies.
- Utilize selling techniques like add-on sales and product knowledge to achieve sales goals.
- Greet and assist customers in finding the right products, occasionally serving as a greeter during peak times.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
- Ensure the safekeeping of company assets.
Skills & Experience
- Passion for retail and customer service.
- Proactive attitude and ability to take initiative.
- Excellent, engaging communication skills.
- Availability to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
- Previous fashion retail experience is a plus but not required.

Education & Experience
- Matric certificate required.
