Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with shoppers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Ensure store presentation meets high visual merchandising standards.
- Stock shelves neatly and accurately, following company guidelines.
- Rotate inventory, check product quality, and remove expired items.
- Minimize wastage, shrinkage, and product damage.
- Maintain proper temperature controls (where applicable) and uphold hygiene standards.
- Verify pricing accuracy and label placement.
- Adhere to security measures and safety protocols.
- Operate and clean equipment as required.
- Assist customers with inquiries and promote products effectively.
Requirements:
- Strong work ethic and flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends.
- Ability to perform efficiently under pressure in a busy store environment.

- Fluent in English with clear communication skills.
