Requirements:
- Must be Trade Tested as a Weaving Mechanician with Airjet loom expertise.
- In-depth knowledge of weaving principles and current fabric requirements.
- Supervisory experience preferred (5+ years in a leadership role).
- Hands-on experience in setting up, maintaining, and running Cotton and Poly/Cotton production on Airjet and Rapier looms.
- Advantageous: Experience in setting up and knotting new warps.
- Advantageous: Ability to prepare new fabric qualities for weaving machines.
- Must troubleshoot, report, and resolve machine breakdowns promptly.
- Strong planning, monitoring, and production optimization skills.
- Committed to quality improvement and production efficiency.
- Excellent communication skills across all business levels.
- Ability to thrive under pressure to meet quality and production targets.
- Proven team leadership and staff motivation skills.
- Familiarity with ISO9001 Quality Management System is a plus.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, departmental procedures, and legal compliance.
- Oversee workplace safety, health, and environmental standards.
