Responsibilities
What we’re looking for:
- Maximize revenue, profitability, and channel penetration in the assigned territory (Forecourts) through strategic sales of PepsiCo products.
- Educate customers on Category Management systems and serve as the category champion within your operational area.
- Implement EDGE principles to optimize business performance.
- Drive Market Share growth in PepsiCo categories for the assigned territory.
Qualifications
What will qualify you for the role:
- 5–7 years of experience in Sales or Business Development in the enterprise sector.
- Minimum 3-year Diploma/Degree qualification.
- Strong understanding of Marketing principles and excellent negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of achievement in sales or business growth.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- High integrity, intelligence, and a proactive “I can do it” attitude.
- Strong drive to close business and exceed sales targets.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
