Job Description
BE A PRODUCT AND BRAND AMBASSADOR
- Represent Red Bull with energy, personality, and professionalism in every interaction.
- Grow brand awareness by sampling products and educating consumers at key locations.
- Develop and execute innovative campus activations to engage students.
- Build strong relationships with key influencers and groups at your university.
- Share authentic, engaging content on your social media platforms.
- Support Red Bull events to deliver memorable consumer experiences.
BE A SALES EXPERT
- Partner with local sales teams to enhance Red Bull’s availability and visibility.
- Identify and secure new distribution points on and around campus.
- Use Red Bull assets to keep the brand top of mind in local accounts.
- Maintain high standards for in-store execution and merchandising.
EXECUTIONAL EXCELLENCE
- Pay attention to detail in all aspects of the role.
- Collaborate with the team through regular in-person and online communication.
- Plan and report activities accurately using the dedicated platform.
- Provide insights and trends to support the brand’s local strategy.
Qualifications
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Confident, outgoing, and positive personality.
- Well-connected within student life, with deep knowledge of the campus and city.
- Creative, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Ability to balance studies with Part-Time work, including evenings and weekends.
- Eagerness to develop skills in marketing, sales, and negotiation.
- Strong network within student communities.
- Passion for Red Bull and its brand ethos.
- Driver’s license preferred.
- Experience in event or project management is a plus.
- Team-oriented and adaptable.
