Job Purpose
Assist management in day-to-day store operations while delivering exceptional customer service and adhering to all store policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver the highest standard of Adidas service to every customer.
- Process sales transactions, including cash, credit, and checks, as needed.
- Support ticketing and verify received merchandise against paperwork.
- Assist in restocking the sales floor from the stockroom.
- Help create merchandise displays based on management guidelines.
- Master the point-of-sale system while maintaining policy compliance.
- Drive sales by using upselling techniques and product knowledge.
- Greet and assist customers in finding the right products; occasionally serve as a front-door greeter during peak hours.
- Maintain high store cleanliness standards.
- Protect company assets by following security protocols.
Skills & Experience
- A strong passion for retail and customer service.
- Proactive and self-motivated.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Flexible availability for weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
- Previous fashion retail experience is a bonus but not required.
