Job Description
Develop and manage training schedules for Flight Deck and Cabin Crew, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Coordinate all aspects of crew training, from planning to execution, to maintain operational efficiency and regulatory adherence.
Key responsibilities include:

Formulate and maintain comprehensive training plans and rosters for Flight Deck crew.

Review training plans and schedules to ensure alignment with regulatory standards, making amendments as necessary.

Identify potential scheduling issues and collaborate with managers or Training Administrators to resolve them.

Roster employees for all mandatory training, including ground school, simulator sessions, initial, recurrent, and command evaluations.

Schedule Flight Deck and Cabin Crew for annual medical checks.

Book simulator slots for required training sessions.

Roster employees for Line Training, Route Checks, Flight Crew Induction, and Supernumerary Flights.

Reschedule training as needed while ensuring compliance with company policy and aviation regulations.

Arrange hotel accommodation, duty travel, and transport for trainees when required.
Job Requirements

Grade 12 or equivalent (Essential)
-
Tertiary qualification in Administration (Advantageous)

Minimum 3 years’ experience in the airline industry, including at least 1 year in a planning or scheduling role (Essential)

Knowledge of the aviation industry, rostering systems, and scheduling tools

Understanding of CAA and IOSA requirements

Proficient in MS Office suite

Strong planning, organising, and problem-solving skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
