Job Purpose:
To educate and support end users on Adcock Ingram’s Ostomy Care and Advanced Wound Care products.
Key Job Outputs:
- Maintain professional credentials and clinical expertise through nursing board certification.
- Provide in-hospital ostomy and wound care support alongside hospital staff.
- Develop and implement ostomy and wound care protocols for follow-up patient visits.
- Deliver education programs to diverse internal and external stakeholders to enhance care outcomes.
- Communicate clinical insights and opportunities to senior leadership.
- Offer clinical and operational support in hospital or clinical environments.
- Train physicians, clinicians, and nurses on procedures, protocols, and product use.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as billing, scheduling, reporting, and funder approvals.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with a bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in the ostomy and wound care medical industry.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience working with patients/end users.
- Established relationships with key stakeholders preferred.
- Willingness for domestic travel.
- Own reliable transportation.
