Role Purpose
As a Social Media Manager, you will lead the creation, planning, and execution of compelling social media content to enhance brand visibility, engage audiences, and drive storytelling across platforms. We seek a digital-savvy professional who identifies content opportunities and executes high-impact campaigns aligned with marketing objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of social media management experience in corporate or agency settings.
  • Proficiency in social media analytics tools.
  • Experience in audience research, competitive analysis, and performance reporting.
  • Strong strategic and content development skills.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Internal Processes:

  • Stay updated on social media trends, best practices, and regulations.
  • Develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Track, measure, and optimize KPIs and ROI for campaigns.
  • Create and share engaging content (text, visuals, videos) daily.
  • Manage social media tools and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Moderate user-generated content and ensure brand consistency.

Client Engagement:

  • Provide expert guidance on social media strategy to stakeholders.
  • Build relationships with clients and partners, ensuring exceptional service.
  • Translate social insights into actionable business strategies.
