Workers Holdings is urgently seeking a Qualified Retail Pharmacist with retail pharmacy experience to join our team in Bloemfontein.
Requirements:
- Must be a Qualified Pharmacist registered with the SA Pharmacy Council
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English
- Strong Retail Pharmacy Management experience is essential
Working Hours:
- Mondays to Fridays: 08:00 to 18:00
- Saturdays: 09:00 to 14:00 (2 Saturdays per month required)
- Sundays/Public Holidays: Closed
Key Benefits & Conditions:
- 200 hours per month (overtime at a fixed rate thereafter)
- 10% profit sharing after 12 months of service (paid annually on 31 July)
- Negotiable salary
- Pension fund via Allan Gray (employer contributes 3%, employee contributes 5% of gross salary)
- Leave, sick leave, and Family Responsibility Leave as per the Basic Conditions of Employment Act
