Creditors Clerk – Cape Union Mart
Job Summary
Our Finance Team is looking for a dynamic and highly capable Creditors Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate must be able to work both independently and collaboratively, with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing invoices and credit notes accurately.
- Reconciling supplier statements with monthly payments.
- Following up on outstanding documents and resolving queries.
- Liaising with buyers, suppliers, and stores to resolve discrepancies.
- Maintaining up-to-date filing and documentation.
- Preparing supplier payments efficiently.
Requirements
- A Finance-related qualification is advantageous.
- Minimum of three years’ experience as a Creditors Clerk is advantageous.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Office.
- Excellent time management and administration skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Previous experience in Debtors, Creditors, and Cashbook management.
