Job Description: Human Resource Internship
Purpose
The Human Capital department is seeking an intern to support the HR team with day-to-day activities. The ideal candidate will be passionate about people and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
This internship is a structured 12-month program designed to provide unemployed graduates with hands-on work experience. Successful candidates will receive a stipend under a fixed-term agreement (not an employment Contract).

Qualifications Required
- Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent.
- Completed Degree/Diploma in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Labour Relations, BCom Law, LLB, or a related field.
INSETA Internship Eligibility
Applicants must:
- Be South African citizens.
- Not have previously participated in an INSETA internship/learnership.
- Be between 18 and 35 years old.
- Have been unemployed for the last two months.
