Job Description: Human Resource Internship

Purpose
The Human Capital department is seeking an intern to support the HR team with day-to-day activities. The ideal candidate will be passionate about people and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

This internship is a structured 12-month program designed to provide unemployed graduates with hands-on work experience. Successful candidates will receive a stipend under a fixed-term agreement (not an employment Contract).

  • Excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in computer applications.
  • High levels of organization, self-discipline, and motivation.

  • Takes ownership and responsibility.
  • Strong administrative skills.
  • Ability to handle stress effectively.

Qualifications Required

  • Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent.
  • Completed Degree/Diploma in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Labour Relations, BCom Law, LLB, or a related field.

INSETA Internship Eligibility
Applicants must:

  • Be South African citizens.
  • Not have previously participated in an INSETA internship/learnership.
  • Be between 18 and 35 years old.
  • Have been unemployed for the last two months.
