Role Purpose
Attract, acquire, and retain clients by providing tailored financial advice, selling Metropolitan products, and ensuring exceptional after-sales service. Drive business growth and client retention while contributing to the company’s long-term success.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of sales or call center experience (essential).
- 2 years in insurance/financial services advising clients (advantageous).
- Matric or NQF 4 equivalent.
- National Senior Certificate in Finance/Business Management or related.
- FAIS Compliance & RE5 regulatory exam.
- Driver’s license and own transport (preferred).
Duties & Responsibilities
Internal Process
- Engage prospects to highlight product benefits aligned with their financial needs.
- Conduct affordability analyses and provide tax/legal advice.
- Capture client data accurately and meet administrative deadlines.
- Achieve production, quality, and conversion targets.
- Ensure compliance with legislative sales requirements.
Client
- Resolve queries promptly and escalate when necessary.
- Deliver accurate advice and reports to uphold service standards.
- Foster relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Recommend service improvements and uphold fair client treatment.
People
- Collaborate with peers and support change initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations.
- Drive innovation and personal career growth.
Finance
- Optimize cost efficiency and resource management.
