Role Purpose
Attract, acquire, and retain clients by providing tailored financial advice, selling Metropolitan products, and ensuring exceptional after-sales service. Drive business growth and client retention while contributing to the company’s long-term success.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of sales or call center experience (essential).
  • 2 years in insurance/financial services advising clients (advantageous).
  • Matric or NQF 4 equivalent.
  • National Senior Certificate in Finance/Business Management or related.
  • FAIS Compliance & RE5 regulatory exam.
  • Driver’s license and own transport (preferred).

Duties & Responsibilities

Internal Process

  • Engage prospects to highlight product benefits aligned with their financial needs.
  • Conduct affordability analyses and provide tax/legal advice.
  • Capture client data accurately and meet administrative deadlines.
  • Achieve production, quality, and conversion targets.
  • Ensure compliance with legislative sales requirements.

Client

  • Resolve queries promptly and escalate when necessary.
  • Deliver accurate advice and reports to uphold service standards.
  • Foster relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Recommend service improvements and uphold fair client treatment.

People

  • Collaborate with peers and support change initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulations.
  • Drive innovation and personal career growth.

Finance

  • Optimize cost efficiency and resource management.
  • Contribute to risk identification and mitigation strategies.
