Role Purpose
Lead and motivate a team of Financial Advisors to deliver exceptional client service and drive sales growth within the Richards Bay branch.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Matric or equivalent NQF Level 5 qualification
- RE5 certification
- FAIS Representative qualification
- Class of Business 3 and 7 (preferred)
Experience:
- 3-5 years in the financial services industry
- 2+ years in managerial roles overseeing financial advice
- Knowledge of FAIS Tier 1 Long Term Insurance and Pension Benefits
- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing Financial Advisor team
- Drive sales strategies to achieve branch targets
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and operational standards

- Recruit and onboard top-tier Financial Advisers
