JOB PURPOSE
Assist management in the day-to-day operations of the store while delivering exceptional customer service and adhering to all store policies and procedures.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide outstanding customer service aligned with adidas standards.
- Complete sales transactions, including cash, credit, and check payments.
- Assist with product ticketing and verify received merchandise against paperwork.
- Support stock replenishment from the stockroom to the sales floor.
- Safeguard company assets and merchandise to minimize shrinkage.
- Help create and maintain in-store displays as directed by management.
- Master the point-of-sale system and ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Drive sales by using upselling techniques and educating customers on product features.
- Greet and assist customers, including acting as a door greeter during peak times.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
