Job Description
PURPOSE OF POSITION
Lead a dynamic store team to achieve business KPIs, including driving sales, controlling costs, minimizing risks and stock loss, ensuring efficient administration, and maintaining world-class store standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive Sales through exceptional customer service, store image maintenance, stock management, and effective promotional execution.
- Minimize Stock Loss by fostering a secure store culture and adhering to cash and stock handling procedures.
- Cost Management by maintaining efficiency and upholding the company’s low-cost culture.
- Administrative Compliance in line with company guidelines.
- Team Leadership through training, coaching, and performance management.
- Maintain Standards for health, safety, and overall store cleanliness.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 12 qualification.
- Proficiency in English.
- Relevant tertiary qualification (business/retail-related degree/diploma preferred).
- 1-2 years of retail leadership experience.
- Computer literacy (Microsoft/Google GSuite advantageous).
