Supervisor Site Services at Enaex
Operational and Technical Results:
- Develop and align operational plans with site priorities to complete production planning, coordinating with relevant departments and personnel. Establish and implement production schedules while managing material ordering, transportation, storage, and distribution.
- Supervise the maintenance and availability of products and equipment by maintaining accurate inventory, coordinating procurement of new and replacement parts, implementing tracking systems for equipment location and condition, and creating preventative maintenance schedules.
- Minimize explosive-related risks by facilitating incident investigations, initiating emergency responses, coordinating stakeholder communication, and reporting on incidents and resolutions.
- Enhance customer results by achieving target face advancement through detailed blasting plans developed with engineers and geologists, including scheduling.
Qualifications:
- Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree in mining engineering or related field (advantageous)
- Underground blasting certificate
- Code 08 C1 driver’s license
Experience:
- 3 years of supervisory experience
- 5 years in underground mining/explosives industry
- 5 years of computer proficiency
- Experience in people management
