Job Purpose
Assist management in day-to-day store operations while delivering exceptional customer service and adhering to all store policies and procedures.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide the highest level of Adidas customer service at all times.
- Process sales transactions, including cash, credit, and checks, as needed.
- Support ticketing and inventory verification tasks.
- Help with product replenishment from the stockroom to the sales floor when required.
- Assist in creating product displays based on management guidance.
- Become proficient in using the point-of-sale system while following company policies.
- Utilize selling techniques like add-on sales and product knowledge to achieve sales goals.
- Greet and assist customers, directing them to the right products, and occasionally serve as a door greeter during peak hours.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
- Protect company assets and ensure loss prevention.
Skills & Experience
- A strong passion for retail and customer service.
- Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative.
- Excellent and positive communication skills.
- Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
- Prior fashion retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Requisite Education and Experience
- Matric Certification or equivalent.
