Key Responsibilities
- Provide enterprise customer support via email and phone, adhering to SLAs.
- Prioritize and triage incidents, tickets, and service requests.
- Manage outage escalations, network notices, and customer follow-ups.
- Monitor and escalate major incidents within the NOC environment.
- Oversee deployments, maintenance scheduling, and audits.
- Configure and support Mikrotik routers.
- Assist on-site technicians with Remote support.
- Deploy, maintain, and support PBX/VoIP solutions.
- Manage VoIP phone configurations and new service setups.
- Deploy, configure, and monitor managed WiFi services.
- Handle L3 consumer service desk escalations.
- Support project initiatives and create technical diagrams/user guides.
- Maintain AV systems and perform other reasonable tasks as required.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in an ISP technical call centre or NOC environment.
- A+, N+, CCNA, or Microsoft certification.
Critical Competencies
- Proficiency in IPv4 addressing and subnetting.
- Hands-on experience with DNS, network monitoring systems, and Mikrotik routers.
- Expertise in deploying and managing PABX/VoIP solutions.
- Experience with managed WiFi configurations and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of VMware, Linux/Windows servers (advantageous).
