About the Role:
Join our team as a Permanent Part-Timer at adidas Canal Walk and become an integral part of delivering exceptional customer experiences. You’ll assist in daily store operations while upholding adidas’ high standards of service and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with shoppers and assisting them in finding the right products.
- Process sales transactions accurately, including handling cash, credit, and other payment methods.
- Support inventory management by assisting with stock replenishment and product merchandising.
- Maintain store presentation, ensuring displays are visually appealing and organized.
- Operate point-of-sale systems confidently while adhering to company policies.
- Act as a brand ambassador by sharing product knowledge and styling advice.
- Assist with general housekeeping and safeguarding company assets.
Skills & Experience:
- Passion for retail and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
- Retail or fashion experience is a plus but not required.
- Matric certification or equivalent.
